Welcome to Long Lasting Life! We are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and customer service. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain a smooth operation, we have established the following booking and scheduling policies:
Booking Appointments
1. Advanced Booking: We encourage clients to book their cryotherapy sessions in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
2. Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.
3. Walk-Ins: While we welcome walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed. We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you receive your desired time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Payment Policy
1. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments. Payment is required at the time of booking or before the session begins.
2. Packages and Memberships: For clients who purchase packages or memberships, please note that these are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the specified time frame.
Health and Safety
1. Health Screening: All clients must complete a health screening form prior to their first session. Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or other health concerns.
2. Attire: We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Please wear clothing that will allow access to the targeted area.
3. Pre-Session Preparation: Please ensure you are well-hydrated before your session. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol consumption at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Communication and Updates
1. Appointment Reminders: We will send appointment reminders via SMS or email 24 hours before your scheduled session.
2. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or in person during their next visit.
